For those who prefer structured guidance without regular check-ins, I’ve created the following training plans tailored for different distances and goals.
All plans include a detailed running training plan, as well as guides on strength training, pacing, fueling, injury prevention, rest and recovery, pre-race prep, race day strategies, motivation and more.
Run/Walk 5K Plan – ($35) $20: Ideal for beginners or those easing back into running after a break. A gradual progression with run/walk intervals to rebuild endurance safely.
5K Training Plan – ($35) $20: An 8-week plan designed to improve speed, starting at 15 miles per week and progressing to 25 miles per week.
10K Training Plan Level 1 ($35) $20: A beginner 8-week plan designed for those who have completed a 5K and are now ready to take on the challenge of a 10K (6.2 miles).
10K Training Plan Level 2 ($35) $20: This Intermediate 10K Training Plan is designed for runners who have a solid fitness foundation and are eager to improve their speed, endurance, and overall race performance.
Half Marathon Level 1 Plan ($40) $25: A 12-week plan for runners aiming to complete or improve their half marathon time, starting at 15 miles per week and building to 30 miles per week.
Half Marathon Level 2 Plan ($40) $25: A more advanced version with higher volume and challenging workouts. Starts at 30 miles per week and peaks at 45 miles per week.
Marathon Level 1 Plan ($40) $25: A steady, progressive plan to build mileage and tackle marathon-specific workouts, ensuring you’re race-ready and confident.
Marathon Level 2 Plan ($40) $25: For high-mileage runners, this plan starts at 30 miles per week and peaks at 50 miles per week, optimizing your marathon performance.
